Melrose Place's Josie Bissett Squeezes The Charmin For Procter & Gamble
HOLLYWOOD: Josie Bissett, who garnered international notoriety for her role as 'Jane Mancini' on FOX's "Melrose Place," was Master of Ceremonies at Charmin's "University Honor Roll Graduation Ceremony." The event took place on Thursday, June 29, 2000, at the Storyopolis Art Gallery & Bookstore in Los Angeles.

Designed to celebrate one of childhood's most significant milestones, the company held a fun-filled event where twenty toddlers from across the country gathered in Los Angeles after having successfully completed potty training. In addition, Charmin also sponsored a photo contest asking parents to send in photos of endearing potty moments. The top three winners were announced at the graduation ceremony and awarded their prizes, which included up to $40,000 toward their college tuition.

Ms. Bissett, who together with her real-life husband and series co-star, Rob Estes, has a baby of her own, is presently writing a book about raising children called "Little Bits of Wisdom." The book, which will feature advice from parents around the world, is touted on the Internet at www.LittleBitsofWisdom.com.

The Hollywood-Madison Group, a Los Angeles-based company specializing in celebrity endorsements and personal appearances was responsible for securing Ms. Bissett. Manning, Selvage & Lee Chicago, a leading public relations firm, manages the campaign.
