Morgan Fairchild Tests For Silkies Brand Pantyhose

HOLLYWOOD: Morgan Fairchild, glamorous star of numerous television series, will participate in a test campaign for Silkies Brand pantyhose. The market leader among women aged 45 to 55, Silkies Brand Pantyhose is a quality product; and, a well-respected brand name which has endured for many years.
Sold exclusively via direct-mail, Ms. Fairchild's name and likeness would appear on all materials promoting the brand. A test will be conducted in October, when several thousand cards bearing her image are mailed to a sample group. If the test proves successful, the company will then print and mail approximately 50 million cards each year.
The Hollywood-Madison Group, a Los Angeles-based company specializing in celebrity endorsements and personal appearances is responsible for securing the artist. Hollywood photographer, Theo Fridlizius, directed the photo shoot. Hosiery Corporation of America produces and distributes the brand.
